We hope that your LandingZone purchase provides you with great satisfaction. But in the event that you are not satisfied, we are happy to receive your return, or provide an exchange for wrong orders or faulty models.
To ensure prompt service, please check the model number of your MacBook computer before purchase and send us the right number and size of your MacBook as soon as you recognize you have the wrong unit.

We accept returns and exchanges. Our return period lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we will not be able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Before you return, the LandingZone Customer Service team must first receive and approve your return request. Once your request is received and approved, we will issue you a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number.
IMPORTANT: Please note that any items returned without an authorization number will be processed on a case by case basis (not recommended).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We replace and exchange items within our warranty period if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong order. If you need to exchange it for the same item or the same item of another size, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
